MY LCMS is a leading edge, user-centered, searchable collection of peer reviewed, corporate-focused, online learning materials created by registered members, and a set of faculty development support services. MY LCMS's vision is to be a premiere online community where (learning) staff from around the company share their learning materials and pedagogy.
MY LCMS's strategic goal is to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning by increasing the quantity and quality of peer reviewed online learning materials that can be easily incorporated into (to be) designed courses.
MY LCMS’s activities are based on the creative participation and support of:
• Individual Members
• Institutional Partners
• Corporate Partners
• Editorial Boards
Integral to MY LCMS’s continuing development of faculty development support services are its:
• Building and sustaining WPL/Blended Learning communities.
• WPL/Blended Learning initiatives and policies
• Building, organizing, reviewing, and developing applications of
WPL/Blended Learning teaching-learning materials
