Opening Key Note Workforce Performance
Just listened to the opening keynote from my conference by Josh Bersin on Learning Performance Management. Interesting story how Learning & Development will move closer to HR and how corporate platforms will change accordingly. It made it interesting as we ourselves are in the middle of a research from HR to decide which Learning Environment to choose. According to this guy there will an inevitable shift from what we now have as our Shell People system to a fully aligned system. This system integrates all development plans (our GPA’s/IDP’s) and will link to our personal and corporate business needs with a platform to support this. Keep you posted!
