Michael Osbaldeston was appointed Director of Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, in January 2003, to provide strategic leadership for the School’s research, teaching, professional and administrative staff.

In what ways are you dealing with him? How does the Shell experience matter?
I saw him at lunch ... he has a fine head of hair. I am not dealing with him; he was at Shell now he's at Cranfield.
