Happy WWW - 20 years!!

On November 17th 1988, Piet Beertema from a mathematics and IT institute in Amsterdam received this email.

Well, these days this doesn't sound very exciting does it?. But... this email was the very first email that was send outside the US and was non-military.

It was send through an academic computernetwork called NSFnet. This network soon became the World Wide Web as we know it today. A true landmark in history if you considering the impact after only 20 years...
