Top 100 tools for learning

Jane Knight created a top 100 tools for learning list this month. The list is based on 109 reactions of learning professionals. It's remarkable that BlackBoard is only mentioned twice and Moodle is mentioned 19 times. And what about other VLE's and LMS's? Perhaps they don't fall into the category 'tools' and are more seen as 'systems?
Another thing that caught my eye is that Firefox is mentioned 61 times, and Internet Explorer only 9 times. Is Firefox becoming more popular (because of the add-ons)? Or are 109 people not really representative for all learning professionals around the world? ;-)
